Is the dealer flashing cards or using a ribbon spread? Otherwise, how is this profitable long term? Counting doesn't work in baccarat.

House edge is small compared to other games but still a house edge. And house edge is bigger when you bet the player so the way to lose the least is to always bet the banker.
