Yu is a dumpster fire especially when it comes to control (kinda a big thing for a pitcher!) guy is walking almost 7 batters per 9 innings!
Cards offense been in bit of a funk lately, the last 2 been horrendous! how the hell Kendricks shuts ya out only needing 81 pitches to do so is beyond me! Both these starters today will be above 81 pitches by the 4th inning most likely!! Even before the last 2 games w no offense cards been somewhat struggling, most the nats series they managed 1 big inning but then nothing else the other 8 innings, not good and certainly not sustainable.
So I understand why you playing the under but think they will put some runs up today as all it take is couple yu walks and a blast. I think both teams will get to 4 in this one. Wanted to play cards at plus money but scrubbies numbers vs wacha scared me away, lol.Comment -

The are on the radar and looking strong. I identify what I consider sharper moves on the Angels here and I can't see any in the market on the other side.
The Contrarian Fund likes the play with one exception. The base forecast I'm working with favors Houston just a little too much.
Things can change, including the odds, that can change the opinion and trigger a play.
Just a little more volume and I'll know for sure.
Contrarian Fund or not, I'll have some sort of LAA tonight.

Not gonna lie, I have St. Louis winning basically what translates to 5.5 -3.5.
That's 9 points, and we aren't the only ones figuring on over score for sure.
When I start laying market figures down, and adjust the numbers, the contrarian side knocks down my number.
The Contrarian Fund has a Wrigley Field adjustment that over the years has led to success but in all honesty might level out between last year, this year, and next year. It's still good for me even if it is heading towards level. As the sample increases, we'll know.
Also, an adjustment that has absolutely taken off over the last 8 years with the Contrarian look deals with the successful, sometimes public, teams meeting up in these conditions. The bettors and money line up to push the line a little further than it belongs.
Finally that 8.5 barrier is a big, broad one. It's a good Under play as it is so that once you put all the factors together the Contrarian was willing to pay -110 or so for it but was fortunate to get -105.
We'll take it and roll those dice.

havnt paid much attention this season but last few years it practically been a death sentence when I bet overnights and smoked the line by 20 cents or more, 2 years ago I was losing games I beat the closer by that much at such a high clip I had to back off playing overnights. I hate doing that cause obviously beating the number should be a good thing in long run but damn sure wasn’t that season! LolComment -
