my current intellectual property guy, just got disbarred and maybe locked up.

I need someone comfortable with working on the edge of the lines and finding lots of gray area for me to operate in, while at the same time, protecting my assets to the letter of the law with intense scrutiny, intensity, and is able to leverage a bit of verbal intimidation with their persona.

so someone in the focus of Intellectual property litigation that can swiftly file and proliferate "paperwork" with a particular cocentration in patent litigatio relating to computer software.
