As to the exact reason why? I really can't say, don't get their mindset at all... could be crack anger/anxiety, cause those petty street hustlers are not exactly supporting their family with that trade, they are just getting their own fix and the size of that fix depends on sales volume.

I personally despise them, they are like roedents, should learn manners or be erradicated/hounded by the police. But the laws here are BS, and the police here has so many internal issues they are just disenfranchised or worst.

Just ignore them, don't even say no, just keep walking don't even look at them, is a waste of time to even acknowledge them.
