I don’t like it, Nuggets are tough at home and I think the whole “they spent from the 7 game series” thing is ridiculous. Hockey way more physical and we saw in round 2 the teams who had just finished 7 game series did well in gm 1s against the teams that wrapped up early and had the long layoff. Early on in the next series the team who had the layoff tends to start slow and the teams off of game 7s ready to roll. Rested often equals rusty, now maybe it becomes a factor as the series goes deeper but early on I don’t think the team w the layoff has a advantage.

Forgetting all that it just not a great matchup for the blazers, Nuggets one of best defending the 3, dame struggled vs them this season. I think it Pretty safe to say this series Portland is really gonna miss their center cause Jokic gonna punish Kanter imo. Should be a excellent series but one I’m not likely to back the road team often as both have very strong home courts.

I like Johnny, think he a good dude and have found myself rooting for him several times on games I had no action but man is this kid in a epic slump!! He is starting to put himself in the rarified air of seaweed, landers, and the other all time mushes on SBR.

Kid hasn’t won a posted play in a year! He claimed it was just a ncaa hoops thing but since he has posted few other things that were all epic fails. Don’t see him breaking the slump here either.
