That line has frozen at 8.5 despite pressure on Houston. The market as a whole is in solid agreement here and I think they are happy taking the Houston bets.

I think a position being taken and from the market info adjusted forecast, we go from a double digit win for Houston down to around 10.

The line pretty sharp but depending on your own work, I'd say Utah or no play.
