The problem is Billy Donovan...he's a horrible in game coach....give any decent coach PG and Westbrook and their team is in making a run at the finals. Ever since the Thunder blew a 3 to 1 series lead on the Warriors back in the 2015-2016 playoffs he's been going down hill as a coach.

Donovan's a bad coach but nobody can coach Westbrook, that's part of the problem, good coaches don't want to come to OKC and deal with Westbrook.

Westbrook had a scope on his knees done before the season started and he looks like he's starting to wear down, his game won't likely age well. He's still better than any free agent OKC could attract right now though.

Hes not getting 12 rebounds he only gets them in regular season because he stands under hoop and pushes his teammates out of the way more.

and sags off his defensive responsibility to try and be in a decent position to get reb to start fast breaks since he can't shoot... only plays tight D when it's a win or go home playoff game or a really important end of regular season game

I just saw highlights and they were showing lillard numbers when Russ gaurded him, forget what they were but wasn’t pretty for Russ.

I’m probably the biggest supporter of Westbrook on this site and even I said this...LAST YEAR!

I watch this team every night. He is for sure declining. He has never been able to shoot but he could always finish at the rim, draw fouls and get FT, and he was money shooting that jump shot at the elbow or free throw line extended.

He is starting to lose those things and it’s really hurting him.

When OKC is paying him $47 million the final year of his contract, it may be one of the worst contracts in sports.
