Filed in February. I haven't heard anything from them.

Some inquiries take longer than others.

It could be there is interaction going back and forth, that someone is awaiting a response from a specific individual at a book, and so on.

Give it a few more days and if you hear nothing try live chat earlier in the weekday and speak with Genie.

In the past I’ve filed 2 or 3 complaints. Got a response and help for one involving $400. Did not get a follow up and was ignored for a $50 prop misgrade. A lot of foreigners in SBR industry section report never hearing anything either.

I think there is a separation between mods on here and the actual people who help with complaints. Mods say you’ll definitely get a response but that is one area SBR needs to improve because at least 50% of people who claim to submit a complaint never receive a response from SBR.

Try resubmitting it and send an email to forum@sportsbookreview.com saying that you've sent it through for a second time just in case the first one didn't get through for some reason. Although complaints are assigned to different staff for various reasons, two months without a reply usually means we didn't receive it as that's a bit too long without a reply

The majority of foreign people are scammers with tons of accounts at same book
