Been detained 4 times, arrested twice. Still remember sitting next to two drunks in the overnight cell, one of them threw their sandwich in the toilet. Luckily noelle prosec for both times, expunged and sealed after a year of meeting requirements.
Have not done hard time but would appreciate the ability to work out and lift everyday. Feel like 30 days in prison would help people appreciate life and motivate them, assuming they are not a convicted felon, if so, just move out of country, feel bad for some felons how career is usually destroyed.Comment -

Really not the case. Maybe it depends on type of felonies and what type of work but majority of my friends that have mostly drug charges anything from trafficking, conspiracy to traffic, possession w intent. All got shit together and did pretty well in not a real long time after getting out. Several started their own business w money they had stashed, several worked way up into solid jobs, myself and some others worked into a trade and do pretty decent. Not end of the world.Comment -

They have these things called gyms where you can work out without going to prison. I lifted in high school but pretty much gave it up till I got locked up then got back into it. I had gained bunch of weight before getting jammed up and always said I’d get back into shape when I went away, lol.
You can get into good shape but not easy to put on bunch of muscle cause you not really able to eat enough protein to add additional muscle. I slimmed way down but was never really able to get my bench up over 275 3-4x, after I got out and could start intaking the amount of calories and protein needed I put on additional 15 lbs of muscle pretty quick and got my bench up to 365 3x in bout 3-4 months. Then I did a cycle and put on another 20lbs or so and got to 405 (in like 6 weeks!! Test is the bomb! Lol) which my goal was to be able to bench over 400.. now I’ve gotten lazy again, havnt lifted in almost a year, need to find a new gym and start again, I miss that!!Comment -

I'm a bad boy because I received countless infractions for being naughty and disturbing the SBR patronage ad nauseam. Shari once put me in time out corner and left me to rot. I had my legal staff contact SBR brass and threaten to pull the rug out if I was not released from solitary confinement.
Now SBR just let's me run amok and do whatever the F I feel like doing because I'm an institution and a force of nature.Comment -

Who said it did? There lot of pussies at the gym, our football coaches and strength trainer in high school would say those dudes were working on their pretty muscles! Lol. Doing curls and bunch of other lifts trying to look good not to achieve maximum power!!
Here the thing, if you a bad mofo before lifting and you do the right things the in shape stronger version of you is gonna take out the out of shape you. There no denying that.
