Really not the case. Maybe it depends on type of felonies and what type of work but majority of my friends that have mostly drug charges anything from trafficking, conspiracy to traffic, possession w intent. All got shit together and did pretty well in not a real long time after getting out. Several started their own business w money they had stashed, several worked way up into solid jobs, myself and some others worked into a trade and do pretty decent. They have these things called gyms where you can work out without going to prison. I lifted in high school but pretty much gave it up till I got locked up then got back into it. I had gained bunch of weight before getting jammed up and always said I’d get back into shape when I went away, lol.Originally posted by eaglesfan371
You can get into good shape but not easy to put on bunch of muscle cause you not really able to eat enough protein to add additional muscle. I slimmed way down but was never really able to get my bench up over 275 3-4x, after I got out and could start intaking the amount of calories and protein needed I put on additional 15 lbs of muscle pretty quick and got my bench up to 365 3x in bout 3-4 months. Then I did a cycle and put on another 20lbs or so and got to 405 (in like 6 weeks!! Test is the bomb! Lol) which my goal was to be able to bench over 400.. now I’ve gotten lazy again, havnt lifted in almost a year, need to find a new gym and start again, I miss that!!Comment -
