Isn't OKC the worst 1st half team for awhile in terms of spread? I gave up betting basketball but man does -0.5 Portland 1st half look enticing (think someone mentioned 6-26 last 32 1st half OKC spread). Playoffs though so maybe OKC decides to give it 100% 1st half for once.
