For me I personally I hated turning 40 and then I really hated turning 50 last year. I like to forget about birthdays and not be reminded now.. Now it's just a struggle to keep the energy and muscle tone up at 50. I'm battling and still doing well, check back in 10 years though.. Got PED's?.
I take naps now in the afternoon after doing stairs and working out with weights daily.. I never did that in my 20's and 30's.. That started in my mid 40's.. Well enjoy Sour rant over
