I was just looking at some bet365 data from past MLB gamblers
this is the funniest shit I ever seen

    data was from 2018 season

75ish% of the bets are against the Orioles, Royals, Tigers and Marlins (result -9.2% for the bettors)
60-70%ish are on the under (result -2.1% for the bettors)

those were the 2 funniest and biggest trends they had

They ban anyone with a brain so their data is going to be worst squares you can imagine

It does surprise me that majority of bettors were on unders

and almost every bet that involved the Astros was on the Astros or OVER ( result -1.9% for the bettor)

result is for the ML, I did not calculate the net on the OVERS.

I just think its funny everyone thinks the Orioles are gonna lose and the Astros will win and go over

and they just bet that every day

Yankees had a few bets but overall was slightly positive to bet against them for the season (.4% for bettors)
Dodgers had a few bets but overall bettors bet on the Dodgers 63% and got their clock cleaned (-9% for bettors)

Baseball: bet on bad teams to win because the public hammers favorites.

There's a certain machine learning expert who made a name for himself specifically fading the orioles and the royals last season. And backing the astros. It's funny that the action you outline coincides exactly with what he shared last season. Sharps can make square plays!

If they bet that way they will be out of money by mid season, or sooner.

looks like they just lost about the juice overall but again I have not tallied the overs as of yet!
