And they have player better opponents than Virginia in the tournament. Purdue is the best opponent Viriginia played in the tournament and Texas Tech played Michigan, Michigan State and Gonzaga that are all better than Purdue. Regular season, no question Viriginia is the better team but tournament results, Tech has been more impressive in terms of quality of opponents and margin of victory.
