Hoops Is way more about managing ego than anything in Game. Good baseball managers just don’t cost teams don’t win them. The bad ones cost teams games because they incapable of putting guys in position to succeed . That all ya want from a manager, rest on players. Unfortunately Shildt does nothin but lesson cards chances w inaction at the worst times when cards could score runs he leaves pitcher in to bat, a pitcher that there now way getting more than 3 more outs!!
