I appreciate the offer. I really do. After I worked here I continued to earn well, but I was strung out like a research monkey on alcohol and opiates. I went broke lost everything to opiate addiction. On December 31, 2012 I ceased using cold turkey, became very depressed. Had no idea what to do with myself. Skip to 2018, she dumped me for others and kicked me out. The VA has allowed me to stay in a rehabilitation facility and it is good. Along the way I need to secure income and eventually stable housing. I am doing well under the circumstances. Someone handles my phone cost for me currently. It's unkown how long I'll be here, but it's a 8-9 month program on average for successful discharges.
