Update: spoke to customer service via live chat and was advised that it can take up to 48 for payouts to be reviewed and approved and another 24 hours to process. The 48 hour window passed and my payout still hasn't been reviewed or approved. I contacted customer service again and they told me that I should have the funds in my wallet tomorrow. We will see how this pans out...

As one of the dinosaurs from the mid/late 90's I was skeptical of all this Bitcoin talk until today. Im guessing you are new to Bitcoin. As of right now, blockchain bitcoin price is about 3% higher. It's been like this for at least a couple days. This is why you are getting 3% less. Also, you should ALWAYS be withdrawing from books to blockchain.
