SBR, Can yall please check the probs with the Tracker section??

the last 2 days I cant record my CBB plays,,, and today I cannot record my NBA?

when I scroll over the sport It shows an arrow next to both, for a drop down menu,, but that does not lead to plays

Not seeing that error here. But even if the dropdown is not functional, you can type the league name of any league you like manually.



What browser are you using? If you have a screenshot we can try to debug further. But as Genie mentioned in a previous post on the mySBR spreadsheet, we have moved over to the improved SBR Odds Bet Tracker, which will soon feature auto grading. The legacy mySBR spreadsheet is no longer supported by active development, though it should still be functional.

So to the problem...

Sadly. You guys daid you were doing away with SPREADSHEET.. soooo i abandoned it feb 1st.. im sad about that because it is FARR SUPERIOR to Bet Tracker.. however, thats what ive been ising.. im not gonna compare and contrast bet tracker to spread sheet. But well.. lol it suks comparatively..

Anyway... thats wer we are. Bet Tracker of SBR is what im using.. and thats whats gone sideways

We know that the mySBR spreadsheet offers something that feels a little different in the pen/pad approach. The SBR Odds Bet Tracker has more overall functionality but it does need an option for users who prefer the more old-fashioned way, we're experimenting with some concept changes that should provide the best of both worlds.

We have no plans to shut off the mySBR spreadsheet as of this time, so that was some fake news you received ), but what we probably meant was if there were some compatibility problem that might surface we may not be able to push an immediate fix as our devleopment teams are working on current projects.

I don't want to reveal too much because we'd hate to be in the same spot as Apple with their ambitious and since discontinued AirPower product, but, we are working on incorporating parlay bets into the Bet Tracker as well.

OK SBR,,, BETTRACKER is still broken,, sigh

I am unable to record NBA or CBB plays,,

an ARROW(dropdown menu was added next to both of thsoe sports 5 or 6 days ago,,) THUS rendering recording those plays to Nil,,

please just go there and attempt to record a play,,, you cant,,, I cant?

I can still record mlb, and nhl,,, (THERE IS NO DROP DOWN ARROW NEXT TO THEM)

Tate, what browser you're using? I'm using Firefox and the dropdowns are all working. Have you tried to do the advice of SBR Forum from post #3?

both my phone,,, and computer will not LOG plays in CBB and NBA,,

BOTH CBB AND NBA have drop downs added to them this last week(same like soccer),,

BOTH my phone and computer are able to LOG NHL and MLB,, THOSE 2 DO NOT HAVE DROP DOWN MENUS,,

my assumption is that there is something linked to those drop down menus,, I never noticced them before thursday??,,

when I do click on the drop down menues it gives me 2 options,,

NBA ODDS
SCORE and MATCHUPS,,,

neither of those options allow me to ADD TO TRACKER

Techs took care of everything
Genie was one of people making the coding changes
