Those k9's don't fukk around. When I lived in San Diego years ago there was a similar situation on New Years. Guy ended up jumping off the Coronado bridge with the dog attached to him. They got that guy out of the water and charged him with hardcore crimes against an officer (cannot remember what) in addition his initial crimes.
