I think they do, but the difference is SBR fails you if you come back clean.

I can fax credit reports and criminal background paperwork at my expense. I can supply government records with regular BAC and UDS results for last 90 days (minimum biweekly) and will have continued testing for foreseeable future. All of this on Monday.
