Rolling with the Rockets here in Milwaukee. Houston has a lot to play for — they need to lock down homecourt in the first two rounds and if possible avoid a matchup with Golden State until the WCF. Milwaukee has the #1 seed all but sealed. I’m not saying they won’t try but I like the Rockets to go in and pick up a big road win. Don’t forget the Bucks smacked them good in Houston earlier this year.

And not that I care but Houston is smarter to drop to the 4 seed to avoid playing Golden State until the conference finals since Denver will likely get the 1 seed since the Warriors are resting players and clearly dont' care about seeding - which we saw in the Dallas game.

Golden State does not care right now, they are resting players and just lost by nearly 50 to Dallas at home. If Golden State has the 2 or 3 seed its in Houston's interest to get the 4 seed and avoid the Warriors until the conference finals.

Denver is playing hard and they have an easy schedule, they should get the 1 seed.

Golden State doesn't care about seeding, Denver does, Curry wouldn't be resting with minor injuries if they wanted the 1 seed, Warriors are better off playing Houston early in the playoffs, the only way they lose if they have an injury before the conference finals and see them in that round.
