Game changer. I would think other tracks have to fall in line and ban the whip as well or face scrutiny from cat humpers.

I remember taking X in college and going to the track with friends one weekend afternoon. I think I hit like 7 or 8 simulcast races in a row. It was one of those “Tony Soprano in the zone on acid” Season 6 experiences. Crazy fun day.

Won about a grand and took another hit of X before heading out to the clubs that night.

Glad they didn’t ban race day drugs back then.
