thinking of loading 1000.00 in my book maker account for March Madness.

i havent gambled since i bkew 13k on a japan womans basketball game. i literally went ape shit and blew 13k. woman was mad told me i needed help to stop gambling ect ect and the fact is it is March Madness.

i have 878k to my name and a house i think i am going to load 1000.00 uo in book maker and just gamble for march madness.

stocks been holding up i been making good money, i invested 100k in stock market and i am up like 5.5 percent so i am happy. just leaving my 30 stocks in there and going to just bet 1k on march madness and see how things go..... i have a house paid off 165k it seems to be going up since we bought it in November. trulia says it is worth 168k so it is heading in right direction. i promised i would pay off all ************ off and get 100 percent debt free and just play 1k in book maker. 25-50 a play maybe a 100.00 shot here and there and just have a little fun. i havent posted since i went on a 13k down swing and showed how bad of a gambling problem i have.

Honestly, seek help. Do not load for March madness. If you keep up the trend you’re at you’ll lose the 800k in a couple years from gambling.

There’s a documentary on Vegas high rollers, one of the guys who loses like 200k, years later is now an Uber driver in Canada. He lost it all.

Your woman has called your problem out. Don’t continue, get help and focus on enjoying other aspects of life. You don’t need more money.

my stock guy has been wanting me to go up to 250k in stock market for so so long, and i keep saying no.... it might not be a bad idea in reality. i have 30 stocks any where from 1k to 4k and he always stresses me to build my postitions. he says it doubles every 7 years. so 250k at 31 38 500k 1 mill at 45 2 mill at 52 and 4 mill at 60 years old. i am like yeah right i wish......

You’re an idiot to use a stock guy. They cannot beat the market, all they do is rack up tons of management fees.

Take your 800k and your 100k in investment, move it all to Vanguard. Diversify it among several of their low risk options along with 100k in higher risk and you’ll make 5% annual with only 0.1% management fee.
