No but I've dropped adding into the 401k sometimes when cash ran low from gambling. Got to make ends meet when barreled in.

I remember back in the online poker days losing $2500 and having to stop contributions for 2 months.

U should never do that.... The smarter thing is to just place bets on credit, whether it be plastic or the tab u have with your book. If you hit it big, good job! If u lose more than you have in cash, DO NOT take an early withdrawal on your 401k. Instead take out a 401k loan. Pay off your gambling debt, and the loan + interest will pay back into your 401k.
