Major issues at Bookmaker last 4-7 days

Beware. Nothing is working. Grading major sports wagers hours after completion. Been given the standard line of “we are aware of the problem, and are working on it. Completely unacceptable, from the #1 offshore book in the world. Unable to place wagers. Enter wager amount, hit place bet, and circle thing goes around and around for minutes without wager being processed. 3 missed winning wagers today because bet could not be processed. Funny how they all win, when you can’t get the wager in.

I’m going back to Tony’s. Is he still taking a dirt nap? Are things running smoothly over there?

No one sticks up for BM more than me. This is a black eye on them.

The grading of wagers is bad enough, but not the worst. I can live with that. I cannot live with not being able to place wagers. Then I get to sit there and watch the play win every fukcing time. This is why I laugh when guys badmouth the new state books and say “I’ll never leave offshore.” Like avoiding this nonsense (which can happen either places), deposit and withdrawal fees, bitcoin deposit wait times, and slow pay issues is a bad thing. Once state allowed online poker is in place, I won’t go offshore again.

I'm having issues with them as well. I'm missing $600 from my account that they have failed to update and it's day #2. My correct balance is reflected in my history of bets but my not for my available balance. I've called and did live chat a number of times and every time i contact them i have to explain my situation as they have failed to notate my account of the issue. Keep saying that we're aware and working on it. How hard is it to give me my money when it's clear what my balance is?? $600 may not be a lot to some but if i lose they have no problem taking my money. This has really turned me off with bookmaker. I use Heritage as well. I'll be taking it out when corrected and going 100% to Heritage.
