Not even fairlay which is a pinnacle agent.

Almost every book have pre match odds.

Cloudbet no longer takes US. I used them for awhile. Apparently there's a lot of complaints with them now. I'd avoid.

Keep in mind Betcoin is a crypto book, they don't convert to fiat. Multiple coins for deposit, bets are in mBTC. Bitcoin been stable for quite a while so I just leave a balance (not that big anyway). I do like them as I bet a lot of soccer and they're like an Asian book, lots of markets. A match from one of the main leagues typically has 125+ betting options.
