Hoping the money line gets above +210 or so for K-state. I'd say it's worth a shot at that price. My local has +190 now. Gonna wait it out a bit.

KU fan living in KS. This line is EXACTLY where it should be. KSt is the more mature team with the bigger chip on their shoulder, and that tells you how big of a chip that is considering they already beat KU earlier this year. KSt had 4 preseason goals: 1) Win preseason tourney --CHECK. 2) Win in Norman--CHECK. 3) Win in Lawrence . 4) Win Big 12. They can check off 3 and essentially all but guarantee at least a tie for conference title with a win tonight.

KU is at home and Bill Self is great off a loss. I can only imagine how ready he'll have them tonight after getting pounded by 30 on Saturday. But KU has been so erratic this year and they don't have a true team leader or 'Go-to' guy. Lawson is a good player, but he's not the guy that's going to strap the rest of the team on his back and will them to a win. KSt has Brown, Dean, and Sneed, all Srs and GREAT leaders who do will their teams to wins (ala KSt's 20+ pt comeback earlier this year @ WV, inspired at halftime by Barry Brown). KU is favored because of their name and home court here, but KSt has the better team this year, and it kills me to say that. K-St has t hat junkyard dog mentality this year and I simply do not think KU has that toughness they always seem to develop in Feb and March. I would never bet against KU in this spot, but if you bet ON KU, the only justification you have for doing so would be the home court advantage angle.

Gonna be a bunch of Srs and Jrs vs Soph and Fresh. Gonna be UNBELIEVABLY loud in Allen. I wouldn't touch this spread or total with a ten foot pole.

FYI: Vick will NOT be playing and almost certainly will not be back at all this year.

This is the most heavily bet game out there. I have still not seen an update on percentages, both tickets and money, from any of my sources.

As I suspected, the books are holding out. We have seen a steady rise with some major books showing RLM on the way up yet we don't have any different data regarding the Total percentages.

The transactions have been there, the line movement has been there, but the Total has updates have not, from any sources.

Don’t look now, but Kansas is 1 game out of 1st place in the Big 12, even after losing Azubuike (former McD AA MVP), Vick (KU’s best shooter), and even glue guy Garrett for a stint.

If Bill Self gets this team to his 15th straight Big 12 title it may be his biggest achievement yet. And we’re talking about a coach with multiple final fours and a national championship.
