Went on a site and it said that we notice you are from Australia? They said it was from my browser. Wtf does this mean i'm hacked? If so why am i paying nortons for? Thanks.

Not hacked.
No different than if you were trying to join a sports book that doesn't do business with your country, based on your IP address.
Also you may notice when you search for specific things, you will see ads related to them on web pages you visit.Comment -
