Laker coach isn't the real problem this year it's the lineup and players. Lebron and Kusma is all they got, big drop off in supporting cast talent after that.. You got - one aging super star in Lebron and that's not good enough in the West to compete.

This Laker team isn't making the playoffs this year.. This was a scratch season to begin with for the Lakers we were just all hoping for something more and special with Lebron. Not happening this year!!!!

I agree Jackson is a good fit. But he wasn't the architect of GSW at all. When Steve Kerr came in, GS completely changed the way they played. Night and day. Steve Kerr is a mastermind, and likely to go down as the greatest coach who ever lived.

excellent coach. seems like a really good guy. We are A LONG LONG LONG WAY from him being called the greatest ever. he had better win about 5 more titles to get into that conversation, and it better be over the course of 15 years across a few eras.

when i started this thread on 2/10 i just looked at the schedule and knew this was a tougher 5 game stretch than it looked like on paper.

they were favored over the hawks and the grizzlies and i believe the pelicans as well, all 3 on the road and lost them all. but they beat the rockets at home after being down by 18. Unreal.

I believe I included a question mark in the header which would indicate it was a question not a statement. The easier prediction was that he would last the season because coaches getting fired at or after the all star break is almost unheard of.
