What to do with leftover cold fried chicken -- KFC from SB spread

This is the bomb

Pressure cook (instant pot) it with brown rice

1 cup brown rice

2.5 cups water

salt - pepper

dry granulated onion & garlic flakes

cumin powder

crushed red pepper flakes

stir

add leftover fried chicken (3-4 pieces)

high pressure cook for 30-35 mins
