I can see where the highest-paid player in basketball, $34 million, might be shaving some points helping some inner-city kids make a few hundred dollars.

Nope, it's what Phil Jackson claimed Kobe Bryant did. Sabotage games so they'd be close in the 4th Q and he could take over

Yes I told you. Curry tanked the first 3 quarters so the game would be close (just like what Phil Jackson said Kobe Bryant did), then when it got close he turned it on to be the hero.

So instead of winning by 30+ which they should have, they end up not even covering because he took off the first 3 quarters.
