After you select your teaser teams, click the dropdown and buy a point to bring it to 5pts which is equivalent to a 7pt football teaser.

Many sites are 4 / 4.5 / 5 for basketball which is equivalent to 6 / 6.5 / 7 in football.

There are some that offer 5 /5.5 / 6.

I know Pinnacle used to be best for totals in NBA teasers offering a full point more than the highest sides anywhere else, but havent checked lately.
