I was playing live baccarat on bovada. Hand before I bet was a tie.
I bet $25 on player and $25 tie and dealer pulls out 1 card for each side equaling 3-3 at the tim.
When she went to pull out the remaining two cards she pulled them inaccurately - score on board was now natural 8-3 then had to call a supervisor. Cards were filled over and they were a pair of 5's. Score was suppose to be natural tie 8-8. They said sorry and bets were returned. I called customer service and provided hand #. They are reviewing the play but I have a feeling they will not pay the due $200 for that double tie I predicted

If there was a dealer error, and the floor supervisor reviewed what happened and ruled a void game, you probably will be out of luck with your appeal.

But good to hear they listened to you and are reviewing again.

standard pratice for online casinos. if they misdeal the round is always cancelled. the next round should be played out also without anyone being able to place wager then goes back to zero.

stop playing ties on baccarat 8 to 1 odds garbage... better do a 4 teamer at 10-1 better chances of winning in short term both bets asre losing props.

It's not called natural if third card is pulled.

It's only natural 8 or 9 on the first two cards only.
