    Ive contacted Heritage twice now
Because they have The Super Bowl listed as being played in Orlando Florida. Once two-3 days ago and again 2-3 hours ago and they still have not fixed it. So basically, isn't every single wager Heritage taken on the Super Bowl so far void? I've tried to stress they really need to fix this, but nothing yet...

I mean you’re not TECHNICALLY wrong, but penetrate relax. Can’t imagine being that concerned about something so trivial.

I'm on the Super Bowl page right now at Heritage... it says Mercedes Benz Stadium... Orlando, FL.

At least the stadium part is correct.

not going to check their house rules, but in the past with other books, the standard is that if the venue is listed wrong, all bets placed are void. So kinda a big deal. And this is the 3rd time Ive asked I'm doing them a favor trying to get this fixed.

Kinda odd to call a couple times, take the time to make this post but state not going to check their rules lol

Thats absolute Horseshit! Just knowing that the venue is wrong is way too stressful to place hard earned money with a book that cant even get the small things right. Like wtf? Can't believe a quality book like Heritage cant even get the biggest bet of the year correct... pathetic!

Their rules say "Regardless of the published header, all games and events will have action as long as the two teams/sides are correct" by the way, so it shouldn't matter anyway

good catch. even with the rules making all bets positively good, still better with the correct information being there
