As long as you are seeking the "thrill" and not an "advantage", you can not possibly win.

This can be fun and never hurt you but YOU are the only one that can control that.

Knowing what NOT to do is often times better than knowing what TO do.

Hey man,

Seen a lot of your posts and they’ve been concerning. There is more to life than gambling and you can always get out a hole but you would have to stop. You likely get bored easily and think gambling is only thing to do. Only you can make the choice when you’ve had enough but if your life is truly in shambles because of gambling, it might be wise to seek treatment and gamblers anonymous. Do not hurt yourself. While some people talk down such options, for those who get in over there head, it can truly help. Hell, back in college just a kid I hit rock bottom once too, attended. While I didn’t stop it helped me learn my habits and take measures to prevent gambling from taking me to that dark place again. Years later, I try to bet every few weekends. Win or lose after a couple days take a break. Only bet when u can afford to. Find something else to do like a hike, go out with friends, meet new people, Netflix, etc.

Oh and if you have friends or a significant other, I would recommend talking to them about it. Isolating yourself from everyone only makes it worse.

I know I just rambled on but tldr don’t let gambling control and ruin your life. If you have a problem, don’t feel bad, take the first step to seek help. Life gets better.

Funny thing is I'm only down about a 100 dollars so far this year. When I lose I don't re deposit till 2 or 3 weeks later. So I only am losing expendable money as it it usually just a minimum deposit of 100. Just can't grasp the discipline to cash out at 1000 when I had the chance to twice over Christmas. Hoping to cash out 380 on this 100 and I'll be up for the year so far. When I don't have cash I bet points.

I lost big on that saints game and it didn't bother me really. Kind of a strange feeling
