Dallas Mavs -4.5 Gets The NBA Call Tonight!

Friday nights in the NBA are always great for the home teams. Dad brings the kids, the home team romps, kids talk dad into buying hats and jerseys. The NBA is fantastic, remember?! Few teams in the league are as Jekyll and Hyde as these Mavs when it comes to playing home and away. In short, they stink on the road but play awfully tough at home. Put your money on Luka Doncic and his boys tonight at relatively short money.

I am also playing the following games......

UTAH -10.5 over Minny. The T-Wolves had a nice win against the Lakers last night, but now they're lacing 'em up for the 3rd time in 4 nights, all on the road, and this one at altitude against the red-hot Jazz. Minny also has a lot of injuries in their back court and are thin on the bench. The double digits looks like the oddsmakers are tempting us to play Minny, but I'm not taking the bait. Lay it.

ORLANDO -4 against Washington. The Wizards have actually been playing much better without their star (diva) John Wall. Both teams are fighting for playoff consideration. I'm playing the Magic solely because it's Friday, they're home, and they have fresher legs against a team who basically scares no one.

Well we lost a valuable point on Orlando (-3 now) and Utah (-9.5 now) so I'm wishing I had waited. Oh well.....

I've noticed that the Denver/Phx line has dipped as well, from -16 to -14.5. That's because stud center Nikola Jocic is out for the Nuggets. But the rookie center Ayton is out for the Suns as well so this shouldn't be a factor. What is a factor is that Phoenix sucks, having won only 2 of their last 15. This is also their 3rd game in 4 nights and have to play an angry Nuggets team at altitude.

I'm adding DENVER -14.5 to my card tonight.
