Last March, before all those big trades the Rams made, I bet 100 on 'em to make 2500.
Truth be told, I also bet 100 each on Jacksonville and Oakland (Yikes), both at 30:1. So I'm out 300 to start.
Now, of course, I'm thinking I gotta hedge a little. Maybe, bet 1400 to win 1000 on the Pats?

Honestly, I never understand people who want to hedge futures. The whole point of futures is pay 10% house edge for a chance at a longshot. If you're going to hedge why even bet, thats such a disadvantage as a bettor to do that when futures are juiced so much. $2500 is a good amount of money but not something I'd be jumping to hedge, its not $25,000.
