          It's opinion not law, can't stop it or enforce it. Not worried. Books will take your bets always online.. Bitcoin transfers will be the loophole if it ever really tightens up.

              That means zero. Marijuana is still illegal at the federal level but the Feds aren't doing anything, if the Justice Department doesn't take action, and their is no indication they are going to take any action, this means nothing.
