I like the Chiefs at -3.

The difference between the road this year Patriots team and Patriots teams of the past is this Patriots team has been very mediocre on the road. The Patriots offense hasn't been impressive on the road. The Chiefs offense struggled after Hunt was released and Watkins and Hill were hurt, but Hill and Watkins are healthy now and the Chiefs running game has been strong with Williams. The Chiefs know what the Patriots defensive game plan likely will be since these teams played, so Reid should be able to adjust, and the Patriots defense has been much better at home the last month. The Chiefs play man, not zone, which has been more successful against Brady, and the Chiefs defense has been much better at home and is built to play with the lead because of their pass rush. Andy Reid's playoff failures in the past have been because he was too conservative, he was aggressive against Indianapolis and should be aggressive here too. The Pats always got calls at home, but here they are on the road.

I'm not on the total but totals over 55 have been too low all year, Pats will obviously want to run the ball, but if they get behind they won't be able to do that.

Or maybe it was Luck's fault because he was 19 for 36 and the offense only put 6 on the board vs the Chiefs horrible defense Maybe it was because that O line couldn't protect Luck from Houston and Ford strip sacking him not once but twice Jones pressuring him up the middle while swatting his shit out of the sky 4 or 5 times himself . 0-9 ......ZERO FOR NINE on third down . If the Colts didn't have that fluke blocked punt the game would have been a blowout, the Chiefs dominated that game in every way. Chiefs defense gave up 16 points at home, 32 on the road, the pass rush at Arrowhead is much stronger.

Not that I care 3 point favorites that win cover the spread 90% of the time, whatever the result is the value is laying the 3. The Patriots always get a premium in the betting market, they've been overvalued on the road.

Pats 1-3 at Arrowhead since Brady and Bilichick
When the Chiefs win they cover. When they lose its been very close over the 4 games .
Last time they played at Arrowhead was that 41-14 blowout .
Last year in their house Chiefs blew them out 42-27 blowout
this year in their house 43- 40 they won
then post season in their crib a couple years ago (2015 ) they got us 27-20
