Cardinals turn to Kingsbury as next head coach

Kliff Kingsbury will receive a four-year deal to coach Arizona, capping a one-and-a-half-month stretch during which he was fired as coach of Texas Tech, hired as USC's offensive coordinator and then tabbed to lead his first NFL team.

Is there such a thing as taking a step down to go from college to the pros?

I can't see this as anything but a hire based on what Pat Mahomes is doing this year. Cardinals might be making a run at worst franchise in sports.

Should be offensive coordinator.
