Does anyone here live out of a casino room?

as mentioned, i had no idea on the 30 day max tenancy rule (not a law but something i think the hotel industry applies).

basically, after 30 days you are considered a tenant with all those protections (like not paying your rent for awhile. and can't get rid of you easily).......... and of course, liberal states have terrible laws on this, whereas conservative states generally don't.

there's also tax implications for the renter..

i couldn't find out much info on extended stay but i would think even liberal states realize to some extent that they are set up for longer term hotel stays.

I usually know which motels have the best deals on canned soda from vending machines. It can save you several nights rent over the course of a year.

I have free rooms with weekends included at every casino in Biloxi, the island view in Gulfport and Harrah's in new orleans for at least the next 3 months. I could potentially bounce around and live at the casinos all along the gulf coast for quite some time.

Good thing I work and would never do that, otherwise I'd be broke. And probably 500 lbs from eating free buffets every day.

Sometimes I piss off Mrs. Angles and have to spend player points to stay at the luxurious Crowne Plaza at Commerce Casino.

Been doing it for about a year now. Like everything else it has its upsides and downsides.

Only up is you don't have to do towel laundry. So much easier to get on a lease somewhere.

Living like an animal for 29 days. Would of been the equivalent of going into the wilderness for 29 days, u left with the same amount to show.
