I’m 6’0 185 pounds and can bench 250 or so, but have no MMA training. I’m pretty sure Amanda Nunes or Cyborg would KO me in less than a round. I would not want to get in a legit fight with either of them.

The smaller girls that are 120 or less...they aren’t gonna hurt me or any average guy. I’m talking girls the size of Paige Van Zant.

But the bigger girls no way I’d want any of that even outweighing them by 30-40 pounds

I don't know I could still ball.. I'm 6'6 and can still body up in the paint at 50 years of age.. I'm pretty sure I'd be good for a few minutes of play in the WNBA even at 50..

Women are just women.. Weaker physically and are up against when it comes to men in good shape that are bigger and stronger... Better have technique mastered that's all.. It's almost like David against Goliath in a sense...
