Let's be honest , College Football is huge but if it was played in Dallas , Atlanta , Miami , Orleans it would probably be packed due to the fans and atmosphere , like Ranger said outside the Rose Bowl nobody gives a shit out in Cali .Comment -

NCAA implements the rule that teams can only recruit players and offer scholarships to players inside their state.
Then things would get interesting.
Certain states like Florida and a few others would have an advantage, but there would still be parity and smaller schools who surprise each and every year.
This is school.
Not real life jobs.
Therefore the argument that you can't keep a kid from attending the school they want doesn't apply.
Anyone can still attend a college of their choice by excelling in class and landing a scholarship or by simply paying for it.
But as for the athletic scholarships, this could easily be put in place.

I don't get the complaining about Bama or Clemson , Georgia would also be in it should they be able to hold a lead .
Our coaching staff is lazy , so change the recruiting by-laws .
These coaches live football , recruiting, coaching , understand how to run a program by using tv to get recruits .
Take a look this year alone , Miami barely even recruiting , UCLA barely even recruited , so you want to reward some lazy ass coach because other coaches live it 100% .
That's crazy to me , sure it gets old even coming from me as Bama fan but that's for other colleges to step up , Georgia has started , expect Florida to get better now .
