Head Coach for the Broncos, Vance Joseph, has been let go after back-to-back double-digit losing season!
As a Broncos fan, I couldn't be happier.

I’d like to thank Coach(using Coach in the slightest sense)Joseph for playing such an intregral role in maybe the easiest winning wager I’ve ever placed. Due to your clear and utter incompetence there was never even the slightest doubt in my mind, whether your team was going to completely lay down on you. thanks pal
Do defense coaches really make the best choice for Head Coach?

I'm a Chargers fan too Jake so it hasn't been all that bad. I just like the Broncos more than the Chargers.

You know, that thought had crossed my mind. He never should have fired Fox after the poor playoff games.

Call it the Sean McVay effect: There are defensive coaches who believe teams with HC vacancies are more inclined to interview young, offensive-minded coaches. One D coach joked that a quality control coach for McVay has a better chance at an HC job than any high-profile D coach.

Always remember players win not the coaches and you need a good quarterback

The Broncos’ head coach job search should make Elway feel young again. The 58-year-old general manager appears to be deciding between the 60-year-old Fangio and 58-year Mike Munchak to become the Broncos’ next head coach.
Either way, the Broncos are about to have one of the oldest GM-head coach pairings in the NFL.

Fangio would be a mistake. Any defensive coordinator could have done the same job with those players, but he lost against Philly so he is NO GOOD. He lost against New England and Philadelphia. If he beat one of them, then maybe.
Besides, he is too old. No energy when you are that old; definitely not like McVay.

Agreed, big mistake. Same with Munchak. No excitement, dull, too old. Media has been pushing Fangio for years, same as they did for Romeo Crenel and Todd Bowles. How did that work out?
At least Kingsbury is an outside the box pick, not the typical coordinators the media is pushing.
And where is Mike McCarthy? Media had him getting every job offer out there?

Vance Joseph will join the Cardinals as their new defensive coordinator, as Josina Anderson of ESPN.com tweets. The Cardinals have since announced the addition of Joseph, also noting Ohio State linebackers coach Bill Davis will take the same job in Arizona.
