I was gonna sell my BTP winnings if Bitcoin hit 10k, but I think I'll see how high this train can go for a bit. I can only assume it could crash just as fast as tomorrow?

I'd hang on. Some smart people are projecting 20/40/60/100k or better in the coming months. Don't mistake a bit of a retrace for a new bear market.....

Hold unless you are a swing trader. There will be ups and downs but the long term outlook is good.

Here is one guy's opinion on why the price is going up so much (he thinks it will go up way more).

To summarize the video:

-Google searches for bitcoin price is down 90% meaning the public isn't looking as much as they did before.
-Crypto trading volume in May 2019 was $725 billion compared to previous peak volume of $420 billion in Dec 2017 when bitcoin price was at its all-time high.
-This guy says estimates of genuine trading is 5% so the rest of that $725 billion number is "wash trading" or fake trading done by institutional traders.
-CME bitcoin futures trades continue to grow at a steady rate. This is 1/3rd of volume on crypto exchanges.
-Bakkt, ErisX, Fidelity are just a few of the institutions that will be entering the crypto space with crypto products in 2019 meaning many institutional customers will be exposed to bitcoin for the very first time.

The kicker is that this guy speculates that this could be big institutional money getting in the market before the floodgates open to the rest of the institutions.
