Big wings are horrible. Chicken never tastes fully cooked. IMO. Smaller ones always better. All drums.

i think joe martino is still an operations manager... they sure changed the business model by opening up a bunch of bars/restaurants here in the milwaukee area. my dad used to deal with them and i remember a party at a place called "the restaurant" in stevens point... actually about the only thing i remember is being half passed out in these really comfy chairs lol

they do some goofy shit that i don't like (for mcgregor/mayweather they charged us each $10 even though we had reservations for food, and they stopped showing ufc for a few months about a year ago) but for the most part it's a good operation from a customer perspective

They are good out here in northern california. Been to about 3 different places.

like reigle said, they get the same sysco chicken wings as everyone else... so for the food snobs to say one place is that much better than another is always silly... and even worse, usually the snobs pick some local dive which is almost always gonna be worse because their equipment and processes won't be as good. only thing better about a small local spot is the food might be hotter if it doesn't sit as long waiting for a waitress.

an extra 20 seconds cooling off can make a big difference in how restaurant food is perceived.

bw3 vs others in a comparison is all based on the flavors of the sauce/spices, and that of course is left to each person's taste buds
