Starting the day off with the Wahoos. Mendenhall has made the program respectable in a fairly short period of time. A bit surprised at the total of 54 as I don’t expect this to be all that high scoring but I think it will be fairly tight.

Notre Dame proved themselves to be a really good team this year. I think people remember all the times they’ve come up short in recent years and just figure they are a notch below the upper echelon and that may be true but I see no reason why they can’t win this game. Clemson is a great team and I’m a fan of Lawrence but this Irish team is more hardened than any of Kelly’s previous squads. An upset could be in the cards here.

I’m holding off on Oklahoma/Alabama. As time has gone on, I’ve become convinced Oklahoma can not only cover but win the game. But I do want to see if the line moves at all today. I think Alabama may have peaked early this year while Oklahoma appears to be peaking right now. Then again, they’ve had 4 weeks off.

If Bama runs alot I think they eliminate OU chance to win. If they get in a shootout then last team to have the ball prob wins. Its just hard to be worse defensively than OU's defense. Those guys all wear copies of Landry Jones' skirt. It hurts to watch them.

The guys who obsess over my “record” are the ones who lose the most. It’s really weird and pathetic.
