If im out of state is it legal to have a friend thats located in Jersey login into my william hill/fanduel/draftkings account to place a wager for me? If i login myself from a different state to check spreads, then minutes later have a friend login to place a wager, will it throw up a flag?

Depending on the book it will ping your phone
If he places the wager from your account from a NJ ip address you're fine
If you try from outside the legal service area you'll get a security call

They don't care whose phone is used, they only care the wager is placed inside the "service area" which is NJ state linesComment -

You can’t do player transfers on the app to another account. You can’t withdraw without ID at an actual desk in person.
Only risk is if the person was a serial addict I guess and wanted to randomly get on your account and place bets that they had no chance of seeing a return onComment
