    They played 2 of the 4 playoff teams. I wouldn't say its that weak.

      I think Syracuse has the better D and with WV having a QB with no experience..... I'd hope Syracuse will pressure him all night.

                In my heyday that was warmups for me. I was big fan of dumbbells for incline tho. W bar I could hit 365 couple times on incline, and that going up incrementally all way to that weight. Now days no chance, I was a monster 3-4 years ago tho!

                  word.. same here.. got in a Nast car accident a few years ago, herniated some discs.. nerve damage slowly killed my strength. it sucks
