Do you guys play sport? Or ever. Been in an organized team with an Official coach? (no dia respect to anybody) or have any of you guys played college or semi pro basketball? If yes you know the answer.

Then answer is the coach the confidence thibs is giving him letting him play letting him have the ball letting him know its ok to commit mistakes combine that with him being healthy amd dedicated.

Now, that Jimmy Butler is gone - other players get their chance to participate in the offense - Jimmy Butler was a Black Hole of basketball. He was such a massive Black Hole that he ate up other Black Holes!

BTW, there have been a lot of white players who were also Black Holes. You pass it to them and it does not come back.
