so many heisman-esque "teams" missing from that list..... that's where quarterbacks "come out of nowhere".... basically can you win the heisman at X university with the offense they run?

probably at least 15 teams where someone could reasonably win the heisman that are not represented on that list.

and as per dominant teams (dominant within their conference), you also need amazing stats to win heisman.

basically that list has 7 QB's from powerhouse type universities (not necessarily last season) and then only 5 QB's from the next level

One of the more pathetic lists I have seen. They have guys on that list that have not played a full game. The Heisman means absolutely nothing now. It is a team award, NOT an individual award.
